The MODERN SELF-DEFENSE ACADEMY is an innovative and eclectic self-defense training center. Teaching an effective blend of various martial arts and self-defense systems and styles, our motto “A Hundred Styles- ONE SYSTEM” defines our approach to teaching and training.
